The Blue Ridge is a wood fireplace mantel in a classic American style and is available in both standard and custom sizes. This affordable wood fireplace mantel is available in primed MDF (standard sizes only). Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is made from wood fibers and is a great low cost alternative to wood. Its hard surface resists dents and scratches and its low cost will save you money on your painted applications. Also available in paint grade poplar (MDF) and stain grade poplar (wood laminate & MDF) at low prices.. If you would prefer your mantel in Maple, Red Oak or Cherry, please call to place your order. You may choose to receive your fireplace mantel unfinished or with a professionally applied paint or stain of your choice. This mantel is easy to install with just a few tools and limited skill required.

Note: To ensure the lowest possible price and fastest delivery time of our unfinished Valueline Mantels and Shelves, simple prep-work will be required on-site. Spackling paste will be necessary to fill in nail holes. Fine-grit sandpaper will be needed for light sanding around the filled-in holes.
