Any gas fireplace designed to be used with lava rocks or stones instead of logs can use fire glass instead. Just remove the logs and put the fire glass in the pan, over and around the burner.
Fire glass can last a lifetime when cared for appropriately (see manufacturer instructions). It won't lose its color or shape or become discolored. It does not produce any smoke, emit any fumes, or create any ash. It looks great over decades and it's easy to clean and maintain.
Fire glass collects and conducts heat. Compared to artificial gas fireplace logs, it radiates heat four times better. With fire glass, you'll get better heat that lasts longer, even after your fireplace is off.
